When I was in Turkey I've been bewildered with this one of a kind menu in the world
I have tasted eggs in the different continents of the world
yet I have not found this delectable delicious and nutritious
Egg Stew called Melemen
Moreover, A Turkish Mother taught me how to cook this cuisine
Melemen's Ingredients
Boil 5 huge tomatoes and peel the skin. Optional: Soak the tomatoes in a hot water & peel
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and simmer until chunks are totally dissolved, cut some green bell pepper, crack 3-5 eggs (scramble or sunny-side-up) depending on your preference. To top it off, you can put some garlic sausage, salt and pepper to taste and your DONE!!!
