Semi-Vegan Holy Week Special





Holy Week is coming and people I know are into Veggies diet. Therefore here are some healthy

suggestions to incorporate into your daily meal. Delicious yet full pack of vitamins, minerals and

anti-Aging substances that will totally replenish and complete your body's dose of needed nutrients.





Italian Flat Beans in Tomato-Paprika Sauce


Romano Flat Beans

2  pieces  Huge Ripe Tomatoes

1  piece   Huge Red Bell Pepper

1 piece    Huge Onion

8+ Tablespoon  of Olive Oil / Margarine (optional)

4 mini  teaspoon of Salt

2 mini teaspoon of Sugar

and pepper to taste



Cooking Instruction: 

 Heat the pan with Olive oil or Margarine and put the chopped Red Bell Pepper, Onion and tomatoes.

Cook it as if your making a spaghetti sauce, make sure that they are well oiled, enough not to dry the

consistency. When the desired sauce is achieved pour in the Romano Flat Beans for about 15 minutes

in a medium heat or until desired crispy-ness is achieved. Lastly add the condiments and your done!



                                     Zucchini-Mushroom Burger


1 Huge Zucchini

3 stalks of Spring Green Onions

250 grms  Fresh Mushroom

4 pieces Whole Eggs

2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste



Cooking Instruction: 


  • Soak the slice Zucchini in 2 mini teaspoon of salt for 5-8 mins until the water is extracted, Drain 
           the excess water and finally wipe the excess with Tissue.


  • Wash the fresh Mushroom with Water and press the excess water until you extract some 
           the brown liquid of the Veges. Wash it twice.

  • Combine all the ingredients including the Olive Oil.
  • Heat the pan into medium heat, Fry until golden brown.
  • Add some Boiled White Asparagus and your Dinner Holy Week Special is Done
